Attacking multiple times in Mafia Wars

After you declare war with someone, you can attack multiple times by right-clicking on the attach icon and open it in a new tab or new window. Will attacking the 2nd time, the notice will show that you have already participated in the war, but you will still deal damage to your enemy.
